3. Tenant must provide proof of civil liability insurance ($2M) for the duration of the lease and must be provided prior to the signature of lease.
4. Tenant must provide a confirmation Letter of the Hydro Quebec Account Transferred.
5. Tenant must read and agree to the building's by-laws and regulations and will be responsible for any penalties resulting from failure to comply.
