-During the lease:
9. No pets.
10. The Tenant shall not, and shall not allow anyone to
use/grow/smoke/vape tobacco, cannabis or any other illegal
substance in any interior part of the property of which
they are a part.
11. No Airbnb or similar short-term subletting will be
considered a repudiatory breach of lease
12. The renter will also be responsible for the payment of
costs due to the loss of keys or key fobs.
13. The tenant is not authorized to sublet or transfer the
lease without the written authorization of the owner.
-End of lease:
14. At the end of the rental term, the unit must be
returned in the same condition as at the time of the
rental, which includes all inclusions of the unit, as well
as the condition of the floor and walls of the property.
15. If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, the
tenant MUST honor ALL visits requests from all potential
new tenants, for which 48 hours notice will be given. The
same goes for visits from potential buyers if the house is
offered for sale during the term of the lease.
