15. Tenant is not allowed to sub-lease or lease transfer without written permission from the Landlord. End of Lease:
16. The Tenant, at their own expense, is required to return the rental unit in its original condition (including appliances), covering any damages (beyond normal wear and tear) and cleaning fees.
17. At the end of the term rented, the unit must be returned in the same condition as when rented this includes all inclusions of the unit, as well as the general condition of the unit. 18.If at the end of the term the lease is not renewed, the tenant MUST honour ALL visit requests for all prospective tenants, for which 24-48 hours' notice will be given. The same applies to visits from prospective buyers in case the condo goes for sale during the term leased.
